Our monthly Video Library continues to be a great resource for many, providing the anchors of yoga and fitness . . . from home. Take the opportunity to sample a class format that you’re curious about! Practice on your own time, pick and choose what works best for you on a given day, and continue to ground yourself with movement and mindfulness. Our May 2022 collection includes:

12 Yoga Videos
with a focus on Balance the Opposites, Brighten Your Heart, Love Your Back, Chapasana, 5 Elements, Create Space, Open the Hips and Move with Purpose.
3 each of: Yoga for Runners, Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Stiff Bodies.
There’s a mix of practices with most being 60 minutes and a few at 45 minutes.

Cardio/Glutes/Core, Ladder Set, Functional Core, Adapt! and more!
2 each of: Cross Train, Cross Train WOMEN, Movement for Stiff Bodies,
Mindful Fitness for Aging Well.
