Cross Training for Runners

You've done the progressive, grueling training for long distance running, cycling, and triathlon. It's a gamut - with the distance and intensity piling on each week, building your strength & power, while keeping your body healthy and injury-free. Stretching, icing, foam roller, epsom salts . . . ah, these are all our friends!

Cross training will help to even out the imbalances, open your hips, and build strength and power. Improve your posture, push cardio to anaerobic, and build your stabilizer muscles and balance. Does this sound like something you need?!

Class program:
5 min: Warm up with body weight
40 min: Resistance & cardio, using kettlebells, TRX, Free Weights
15 min: Yoga & Stretching (it feels good!)

6 Week Schedule:
Thursdays, 8:00pm, Feb 23 to Mar 29
Fridays, 6:30am, Feb 24 to Mar 30

Cost: Pre-register: $95 plus hst, for 6 classes
